Wow! This is a nice looking home. The setting and trees are perfect. I guess my childhood memories of Phoenix, AZ don't represent all of Arizona's real estate.

Wow what great information. You explained it very well. I live in Arizona, houses are selling, but 42% of the are bank owned and short sales. Incredible times.
